Don't miss a beat with the fourth and final novel in the USA Today bestselling Stage Dive series from Kylie Scott.

Positive. With two little lines on a pregnancy test, everything in Lizzy Rollins' ordinary life is about to change forever. And all because of one big mistake in Vegas with Ben Nicholson, the irresistibly sexy bass player for Stage Dive. So what if Ben's the only man she's ever met who can make her feel completely safe, cherished, and out of control with desire at the same time? Lizzy knows the gorgeous rock star isn't looking for anything more permanent than a good time, no matter how much she wishes differently.

Ben knows Lizzy is off limits. Completely and utterly. She's his best friend's little sister now, and no matter how hot the chemistry is between them, no matter how sweet and sexy she is, he's not going to go there. But when Ben is forced to keep the one girl he's always had a weakness for out of trouble in Sin City, he quickly learns that what happens in Vegas, doesn't always stay there. Now he and Lizzie are connected in the deepest way possible...but will it lead to a connection of the heart?

This is the four and final book in the Stage Dive series and I for one and sad to leave the wonderful characters that have had me laughing, crying and swooning all over the place. This is Ben and Liz’s story and another great read from Ms Scott.

Ben has always been a bit of a conundrum for me through the series and I was itching to delve into his persona to find out more about him and he definitely did not disappoint! I think it was the beard that topped it for me!

In the first book, Lick the central couple were thrown together by an unplanned wedding in Vegas, whereas here it’s an unplanned pregnancy. Yes after a hot and passionate one night stand Liz finds herself pregnant with Ben’s baby and the way this was revealed was eyebrow raising.

I loved the build-up of Ben and Liz, especially the texting which the reader could see as an observer how Ben was acting all cool and standoffish but as soon as Liz backed off he was chasing her right back. I loved how subtle this was portrayed though.

Liz was a great heroine and she was totally likeable from the onset. She wasn’t one for moping and being all angst driven, she took the news on board and just dealt with it. No need for any soul searching by leaning on Ben – oh no she was straight up for supporting herself. Although yes you could see deep down through her inner thoughts how she was hoping for the big sweeping off her feet by Ben.
Mal (who if you know me know that I love the big lug) but here he just kept annoying me. Acting all over protective of Liz and interfering. I just wanted Liz to stand up to him and tell him to butt out. Well I guess she kind of does in the end when Ben agrees to Mal getting a punch in to punish him!

I loved that although Ben was a ‘I’m not a relationship kind of guy’ he worked though his issues and was always from the start going to look after Liz and his child. I was swooning with joy when they eventually worked out they needed each other for love too.

The HEA did take some time to work through so I would have loved a little bit more of them being an actual couple for longer in the story but none the less I really loved this book as I have the previous ones. A definite must read for fans of the series and if you have not started this series yet (What?!) then I beg you to get on board the Stage Dive journey. You will absolutely love it! Four and a half stars.

New Release: Sail (Wake #2) by M Mabie | #new #soulmate #honeybee #truelove #cheating #mustread #angst #review @authorMMabie

Title: Sail
Series:  The Wake Series #2
Author:  M. Mabie
Release: 31 March 2015
Synopsis
This isn’t just a two-year long one-night stand. It’s my life.
This is my life. Our life. It isn’t just some careless affair.
I’ve made the worst decisions a woman could, but I’ll earn my second chance.
She can try keeping all the guilt for herself, but I’m just as much to blame.
Loving Casey wasn’t my biggest mistake. Fighting it for so long was.
I’ll show her how fearless our love makes me. I’ll protect her torn heart.
He still has magic in his eyes. He’s the man who makes me happy.
Her voice still brings me to my knees. She says my name like it’s sacred.
I live for the day when I’m his. To take care of him. To love him the way he deserves.
I can’t wait to be all she needs. I can give her a happy life, security and so much love.
Sometimes two ships never meet in the night, but ours did.
Sometimes the water is rough. It beats you all to hell until you have no choice but get stronger.
Our love story reads more like a tragedy, but to me it’s clean and pure.
Let them point their fingers. Without a love like ours, they haven’t really lived. I pity them.
I’m a cheating wife and a villain. I am his honeybee.
I’m a snake in the grass and I sleep best when I’m lying next to his wife.
I want to be his everything.
I’m nothing without her anyway.
This isn’t even close to over.
It’ll never be over.
Sail is the second book in the continuing Wake Series. For more information on the first book in the series see the link for Bait below.

He was trouble from the start, but I couldn't resist.
She was the best kind of trouble. The kind that was so wrong, it felt right.
I’ve tried and failed to stay away from him.
I’ve done everything in my power to make her mine and keep her.
He’s almost impossible to say no to.
She never tells me yes.
We’re always fighting.
When we’re not fighting, we’re… well… making up.
He makes me laugh so hard.
I miss her laugh the most.
I'm a liar.
She knows the truth, but won’t admit it.
Sometimes, I wish I'd never met him.
I wish we could meet all over again. I'd do better.
His sweet girlfriend knows.
The guy she’s with is a fool.
I’ll never love anyone like I love him.
She doesn’t love me enough to choose us.
It was the wrong place.
It was the wrong time.
It should have been him.
It will always be her.

Review
Foxy Rating for Bait = Five 'honeybee' stars
This is a book I would class as one you hate to love and love to hate. It is one of those that pull all your insides about like a vortex and have your heart in a strangle hold. Yes it is one of those books. But I loved it for its compelling and compulsory need to live through it and inhale it. At the end I felt the need to lie down in a darkened room to think about how I could even begin to review it. Anyhow here goes!

I knew before I picked this up that there is an element of cheating and that right there was the reason I said straight off ‘No! I will not read this!’ but then I got a copy gifted (it was meant to be!) and so I grabbed the kindle by the horns and dove in. Twenty percent in and I was still at the ‘I’ll just read a bit more’ stage but then I fell for him – Casey. I promise you he is one heart stopping must have book boyfriend. At first I thought it would be Casey with his cool demeanour and his eff ‘em way of thinking that would turn out to be the one I hate but no, definitely not. He was amazingly full of strength but with his curls and his boyish charm he was so adoringly a beacon for my lush radar.

But talking of one to hate I can’t say I even contemplated thinking that about Blake (a female Blake) Yes I found it hard to be on board with some of the decisions she made throughout their ‘romance’ but I understood her reasons. Here she was a young woman, in love with her safe, stable Grant (or ‘robot’ as her brother called him) knowing they had a future mapped out and I felt that. I liked him but I was glad the author kind of kept him in the background but he was a constant none the less. However on the other hand all that flew into the ‘ignore’ space in my reading head once it was Casey and Blake (or Lou and Betty) on the page. Such a compelling and passionate coupling that everything else just was wiped away. Made me question my thought process around that though!

It was an absolute exhausting and somewhat shocking read in parts that the angst was overflowing and knocking me out. Yes there on the page was the evidence supplied that these two should be together, that they were ideals for each other, soulmates even but then this made some of the decisions made all the more gut wrenching to read.

So did I enjoy this? Well definitely yes if I was looking at the heart of the book in that this was a soul searching epic love story but it was the outer periphery that made it an angst filled journey. And after all that we have the WTFery ending but also with a beautiful epilogue that just made it abundantly clear of what Blake was feeling.

It was the ‘Lou and Betty’ parts that made this book a must read for me, especially the ‘my honeybee’ that had me reaching for the tissues. I can’t wait for the next book, Sail, to finally bring forward the happy ending I am routing for, for all. Fabulous.

New Release: Desires Unleashed by Miles Hightower | #new #erotic #oneclick

Title: Desires Unleashed
Author: Miles Hightower
Genre: Erotic Romance
Release Date: 31 March 2015

Mitch and Molly have a happy marriage, but they are wanting something more. They both admit to having similar fantasies and desires that go beyond their current relationship. See which discoveries they act on and how their marriage handles their erotic adventure as their desires become unleashed.

I look at a clock and see we are getting close to being late. Must be a guy thing, but I hate to be late. Molly doesn’t seem to mind. My only thought is that there is two other women we are meeting, and they are probably running late too.

I hear her coming down the steps. My heart starts racing in anticipation of seeing what she has been hiding from me for the last few days.

Molly turns the corner wearing a white dress. I don't think I have seen her in a white dress since our wedding. She looks beautiful. The dress is skintight. It has a silver choker collar that attaches to an inverted V front. It barely covers the sides of her tits as it hugs her body. The edges of the dress finally come together in the small of her back, just above her ass and barely reaches down to the middle of her thighs. The back is completely open. With bare skinned legs and white-strapped pumps, fuck me . . .

Her hair is down, but tucked behind one ear. Molly doesn't typically wear a lot of makeup, and tonight is no different. Diamond strings hang down from each ear and accent the sparkle in her eyes.

"How do I look?" she asks.

I stand staring, speechless.

"So . . .?" she asks again.

"You look beautiful," I tell her. "Simply beautiful."

I didn't know how else to put it. Molly turning the corner from around the steps in a white dress took me right back to her turning down the aisle on our wedding day. I was speechless then too, but at least I had the time she took walking down the aisle to take her in and collect myself.

"Come on," she says as she walks past me. "Don't just stand there. Let's get going. We are going to be late."

Her scent as she walks by is divine.

She knows she just blew me away. Now she is just teasing me again.

I compose myself; grab my bottle of bourbon and her wine, get the car keys and we get going.

The drive starts out pretty quiet. “So, are you nervous?” Molly asks breaking the silence.

Miles Hightower is my alter ego and now pen name. He came about as my wife started reading erotic romance and discussing the books in FB chat groups. Wanting to be apart of what interested her, I came up with Miles Hightower as a persona to lurk about in the social media world while keeping my personal life personal.

I am a husband, for 16 years and counting, to my wife Sara. We have two children. When not being a husband and dad to them, I enjoy flying. At one point I wanted to be a career corporate pilot, flying Lear jets all over the country. After I graduated from college I taught people how to fly for three years. Long story short, a flying career didn't work out and I ended up working in manufacturing. But that's where I met Sara. So it did work out after all. I still work in manufacturing, as a Quality Engineer and now just fly for fun when the weather is nice.

Along with flying I also enjoy playing golf, darts, taking my family to water parks, sitting in our hot tub or on a beach with Sara and a glass of wine and now writing. I tried to learn the guitar a few years ago, but that didn’t go so well. Apparently I have no musical talent whatsoever. I am a product of the 80’s and still am very into the hair band music from that era. And no, I didn’t have big hair back in the day, but I did sport a mullet.

As far as my writing goes, I don’t write “Disney Fairytale” style romances (as I like to call them) where a knight in shining armor comes in and saves the damsel in distress. I write about fictional erotic fantasy from a guy’s perspective; about how a guy might think, feel or act in a particular situation. My stories are ideas I make up with a little reality involving the things that interest me, like flying, and life in general tossed in. I do research the things that I don't know anything about, in an effort to make the story seem a little more real than complete fantasy. If it's on the internet it's true, right? I like my book(s) to come of as fantasy, yet slightly plausable.

Anything else you want to know about me, hit me up on my author page on facebook or at www.mileshightower.com.

Again, thanks for stopping by. Miles

Casey Scott plans to find out why.

All while wearing tiny team jerseys that are so tight they leave little to the imagination.

But she has a plan. Uncover the biggest sports mystery of the decade, and she’ll be on her way. Question is, how far will she go to get the story?

She also knows that she should tell him about her assignment, but she can’t seem to do it. No matter how many times she tries. But when she finally uncovers his secret, the decision she has to make is harder than she ever imagined.

For Finn, his past, present, and future are colliding. And when he discovers the truth about the woman he’s grown to love, and the one he let get away, his world comes shattering down around him. With everything on the line, there’s only one person who can help. But is it too late?
