Jamie and Iris had been extra close best friends so it was
only natural they soon become lovers. But that love became obsessional and something
had to give before dreams became destroyed. Only thing was the trigger left a
huge gaping hole in both their hearts. Time doesn’t appear to have healed
either of them when they come face to face again a decade later.
The story was told in flashbacks to the past which it took
me a while to get my head around to what had happened but once I did I became
engrossed in this messed up but erotic AF second chance, friends to lovers,
rocker romance (all three fabulous genres in one book!)
I loved Jamie but despised his alto ego Dash but I was
rooting for Iris throughout. Be warned the book does end on a massive cliff
hanger and I have no idea at this point how Jamie is going to redeem himself.
