The debut novel of Jane Matisse, this was a quick light
hearted and fun romantic read.
The Blogger and The Hunk is a true opposites attract story.
Penelope is an introverted blogger and editor, who spends most of her time at
home and is therefore out of her depth in social interactions. Jack on the other
hand is the life and soul of the party, jaw droppingly gorgeous and therefore a
hit with the ladies. When these two are thrown together to plan a wedding
something magical happens between them.
Both characters were instantly likable and I liked how they
both were pushed out of their normal to see aspects of their life in a
different light which lead to them becoming a newer version of themselves.
I enjoyed this a lot and read in one sitting. Although there
were some elements I found a little unbelievable, overall it was a delight to
read. Four stars
