Brooke and Declan first met when she was seven and he was fifteen and being initiated into the club. What happened that night was to become a significant factor in their future. Many years pass and neither has seen each other since. Even though Brooke only lives around the corner from the MC, they only meet again when they are both grown and Brooke is carrying out a dare. The instant they both meet the attraction and intensity between them could not be denied but they both had issues with attachment and tried to fight it.
This was a relatively short storyline and the plot fairly simple. There were some areas I found hard to believe and mainly the fact that all their lives they have lived around the corner from each other but never met in all those years? I liked Declan and he was the typical alpha hottie of the MC but it took me a while to warm to Brooke. Yes she was a tough cookie and didn’t take no poop from anyone but she was a little over the top in her aggression, sometimes bordering on immature at times.

I am a wife, mother, child chauffeur and author. I love being able to create different characters and spin a web that makes them come together in the end. My books do not stick to just one genre, they span many.
I write about things that are real life situations and fairy tales are not always smooth sailing. My MC books are hard and gritty and they have struggles just like you would in life.
I also have books that are not so in your face. There are several that are good love stories that are fraught with issues that the characters have to deal with.
