Esther has only craved to be loved by one man, the Wolfe who hides behind his broken ice blue eyes.
Unfortunately, the wild man she craves has desires that she doesn’t feel able to fill. These desires will destroy her if she allows them.
Wolfe, the road captain for the Savage Beast MC, is known for his ruthlessness. The forty-year-old has demons that haunt the beast inside of him.
He cannot be the man who deserves to love her. He knows it’s wrong. He knows it will break her, but he cannot help himself. She wants a wild man. He is as wild as they come.
Two souls searching for a way to find acceptance, love, and healing in physical pleasures. Both lost. One the devil. One a fallen angel. When they finally give in to their lust, their love blossoms like neither imagined possible.

Review
Oh WOW. This is one definitely not for the safe brigade. It was so much darker and grittier than the first book in the series and that is saying something. Even I had a problem for the first part of the book and found myself stopping and starting reading. Some things were so hard to take in and actually believe a woman would put herself though what Esther did.
In the first book Esther came across as a go getter and a ball buster, but here she was so different and a bit of a doormat in parts. Then I read deeper and found out about her past and her reason for her lack of self-worth.
Wolfe was no better by letting his dark past own his could be bright future. He’d never had a reason to be any different until Esther came into his life. But it took a lot for this hot alpha dude to come to the realisation what he could loose until he took action. And whoa does he take action, I was gobsmacked at what violence he undertook.
The connection between Wolfe and Esther was hard to establish for the first half of the book which is the part I struggled with as I couldn’t ‘get’ why these two were pulled towards each other. Both their pasts could be trigger for some people as abuse is heavily described. Also ‘cheating’ or sex with other people (you’ll get that part when/if you read this) could have others loathing this book. But if, like me you are able to unravel the top layer of this story line and dig dip (it took a while to be honest) then the ending was such a reward to be given after all this pair had gone through.
Although I wanted to hate Mamba, he played his part to bring this couple together. Hard to understand at first but I got there. I loved his novella at the end of this book. I would have loved more about him and Karma though. Karma was such an enigma and obviously mental health had a part to play in that but was never explored in depth. I feel that Mamba should have got his own full book where this could have been covered but I guess by reading this book the reader would know what had already happened to him.
If you are into a dark, depraved, WTF MC read then this is for you. If you like your MC on the sweet side then maybe not or why not take a chance on the wild side? Overall an enjoyable but sometimes with my eyes squinted, this was a four-star read for me.

Meet the Author
I was born and raised in a small farming town in California. I met my husband when I was 16 and he was 19. We married four years later and have two little boys! We lived in Oregon for a few years while he served in the US Coast Guard.
Texas is now where we call home, where our boots rest, and where we’re raising our two little boys and a chocolate lab named Optimus Prime.
Sounds like a creative and fun book!
